This quote is trying to say are you had to set a goal for your car to achieve that something. Like in football you have to know where your goal is to make a goal in the network or need to know where your team members is to in order to pass the ball .The where some goal but you can get a goal on anything really. In school your goal is to be on the list of gold you have to pick your level of achieve it And I think this quote is not quite correct because if you do not go away you will not achieve your goals and your dreams but at least it's in a good way and you always try to be a better person every day.
