A healthcare administrator is responsible for the facility business management and whatever operation they are running such as a hospital or nursing home.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree (4 years) is the typical entry-level preparation needed for health care administration jobs. Some employers, however, will promote from within or hire other professionals with related experience (such as nurses) who are ideal from an administrative role because of their direct health care knowledge. For high-level executive positions, a graduate (2 or 3 years) is usually the starting points.
