A promise can be hard to commit to but cannot be broken. You must keep your word. For example, if i promised my friend to meet her/him at the library I will commit to that promise. Or else she/he will be left alone and might not trust me anymore. Even if you are just making an agreement without using the word ‘I promise’,you need to still keep your word for it.  Breaking a promise can lead to fights or conflicts between friends, couples and even families. If you are a CTR person and always choose the right you will know that keeping your promises are important and breaking them is bad. Commit to your promise and choose the right.
